Completing the peak campaign "69 days and nights": Tuyen Quang ranked 7th out of 34 provinces and cities

With 84.0 points in the Index of direction, management and assessment of service quality for people and businesses according to the electronic environment on the National Public Service Portal in early September, Tuyen Quang was classified as good, ranking 7th out of 34 provinces and cities.

Accordingly, completing the peak campaign "69 days and nights" to standardize administrative procedures (AP), establishing an electronic process for handling AP before, during and after administrative unit arrangement, and implementing the 2-level local government model.

After more than 2 months of drastic implementation, all 125/125 provincial and commune-level public administrative service centers have been put into stable operation, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses.

Specifically, the province has standardized more than 2,100 administrative procedures; announced 49 new administrative procedures; amended and supplemented 366 administrative procedures; replaced and abolished 76 administrative procedures. The total number of administrative procedures in effect is currently 2,123, of which 1,807 are at the provincial level and 316 are at the commune level.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee announced 559 internal administrative procedures, a list of 2,063 administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries; 1,909 administrative procedures were resolved under the "one-stop" mechanism and 788 interconnected processes were built. In particular, the province provided online public services for 2,029/2,123 administrative procedures, reaching 95.5%.

During the campaign, the system received and processed over 92,000 records; the rate of correct and early settlement reached 98.1%, exceeding the assigned target. Notably, the rate of online records reached 99.82%; online payment reached 82.85%; and digitized records reached 80.15%, all exceeding the targets set by the Government .

The results of the “69 days and nights” campaign affirm the political determination and close direction of the province, along with the efforts and creativity of departments, branches, and localities. This is an important step forward in administrative reform and digital transformation, creating maximum convenience for people and businesses and contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the two-level local government apparatus.
