Vingroup employees join in relief efforts after typhoon Yagi
Relief will be deployed immediately from today to promptly share difficulties and support local people to quickly stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
Vingroup will provide emergency support in all provinces, cities, and communes directly affected by storm Bualoi, focusing on three main groups: families whose members died due to the storm; families whose houses were completely destroyed; and families of meritorious people, war invalids and martyrs, and households in especially difficult circumstances whose houses had their roofs blown off by the storm.

Many infrastructures, projects...

...houses in Ha Tinh were destroyed by storm No. 10.
The specific support levels are as follows:
- Families with deceased or missing members: support amount is 100 million VND/deceased or missing person.
- Families whose houses were completely collapsed: support amount is 60 million VND/household.
- Families of meritorious people, war invalids and martyrs, and extremely poor households whose houses have lost their roofs: support amount is 20 million VND/household.
The total minimum support budget is 500 billion VND and Vingroup committed to increase the budget if the actual damage exceeds the estimate.
On October 1, 2025, Vingroup – through Thien Tam Fund – coordinated with local authorities to deploy emergency relief. Rapid response teams will go directly to the scene to review and pay according to the confirmed list, ensuring timely, targeted and transparent support.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Quang, Vice Chairman and General Director of Vingroup Corporation shared: “With the spirit that no Vingroup employee will stand outside the loss and pain of our compatriots, we have decided to deploy the support package today with the motto of timely - right target - practical. We call on the business community and people to join hands to support our people to overcome this difficult time.”

Many schools in Ha Tinh were severely damaged after storm No. 10.
Over the years, Vingroup has always accompanied people across the country in volunteer activities and emergency support when natural disasters and epidemics occur, such as responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, flood relief (in 2024, typhoon Yagi alone is 250 billion VND), supporting schooling, free medical examination and treatment or supporting livelihoods for the poor... with a total budget of over 30,000 billion VND.
The deployment of VND500 billion in emergency relief continues to affirm Vingroup's steadfast commitment to the mission "For a better life for everyone". Each act of sharing not only helps people overcome current difficulties, but also spreads the spirit of national solidarity, affirms the social responsibility of Vietnamese enterprises and fosters strength to build a resilient and compassionate Vietnam together.
