More than 1,800 job positions for tourism graduates

(Fatherland) - On February 20, Hue College of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) held the Graduation Ceremony and Job Fair 2025. More than 1,800 jobs were awarded to students as soon as they received their graduation certificates.

Hue College of Tourism is a public school under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. After more than 25 years of establishment and development, the school has now conducted 16 college-level training courses and 24 intermediate-level courses; provided nearly 10,500 tourism human resources at formal, elementary and continuing training levels; conducted training according to the needs of businesses and society, contributing significantly to the development of the country's tourism industry in general and Hue city in particular.

On this occasion, Hue College of Tourism awarded graduation certificates to 135 students; including 117 college students and 18 intermediate students; Commended 20 students with excellent and good achievements in studying, training and volunteering activities for community life. Immediately after receiving their graduation certificates, students had the opportunity to learn and register for suitable job positions within the framework of the 2025 Job Fair.

Accordingly, at the job fair, 20 domestic and foreign enterprises and units signed to participate in recruitment. Among them, there are many famous tourism enterprises in the Central region and recruitment corporations working in Germany, Japan, Korea... with a total recruitment demand of more than 1,800 job positions.

At the festival, each student and graduate has 14 opportunities to choose a job position, from which they have many opportunities to choose a job that suits their abilities, strengths and trained expertise; especially the opportunity to work in international labor markets.

It is known that Hue College of Tourism is one of the schools approved by the Government to develop high-quality vocational schools. At the same time, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs also selected the school as one of the training facilities for 5 key international-level occupations.

The school also cooperates with units and businesses in the work of orientation, consulting, and introducing jobs for students. Up to now, the school has signed cooperation agreements with more than 40 businesses in the fields of tourism, services, foreign language training facilities; and foreign labor recruitment to promptly inform about human resource recruitment needs.
