Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Linh Tuyet, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Tuyet Thai Elderly Care Center, emphasized: “We are always grateful for the affection and spiritual values that domestic and international organizations have given to the center. In particular, the visit and volunteer activities of the Chinese delegation today not only bring joy to the elderly, but also mark an important milestone in cultivating friendship and sharing humanity.”
She expressed hope that in the coming time, the group's programs will continue to accompany, care for and support the center even more.

Continuing, Mr. Ha Gia Ke, Executive Chairman of Guangxi Enterprise Federation, General Association of Chinese Enterprises in Vietnam, expressed his honor to visit Tuyet Thai Nursing Home with the Association of Public Service Volunteers on Saturday. He emphasized that this is a practical activity with profound humanitarian meaning, showing care and sharing for the elderly and young people at the Home.
He affirmed that the Guangxi Business Union in Vietnam will continue to pay attention to and accompany charitable activities, contributing to deepening the traditional friendship between the people of Vietnam and China.
Mr. Tan Lang, Permanent Secretary General of the Guangxi Business Federation in Vietnam, also said that people-to-people exchange activities like this demonstrate the responsibility and concern of the Chinese people and businesses towards Vietnamese society. These activities also promote mutual understanding and trust, thereby strengthening trade relations and economic exchanges between the two countries.
He stressed that the Business Union hopes to have more opportunities to visit nursing homes and other communities in Vietnam to carry out volunteer activities. Sustainable people-to-people exchanges are the most solid foundation for Vietnam-China relations, especially when the bilateral relationship has entered a new era.

Within the framework of the program, the Volunteer Team organized many practical activities. The elderly had their hair cut, beard shaved,... and received many meaningful gifts such as fruits, candies. The program also had special performances by volunteers and art troupes from Vietnam and China such as: "Ky minh nguyet", solo "Bai song cua Mieu Mieu", "Vietnam - China"...
