It is expected that the program will perform surgery on about 100-110 children after being screened, consulted and assessed as eligible.

This is an annual activity organized by Center 2 in many provinces and cities across the country. In 2024, the center provided free surgery for 602 children in 9 localities.

Surgical staff includes doctors and PhDs from central hospitals such as Bach Mai Hospital, Viet Duc Hospital, Xanh Pon Hospital, Hanoi Medical University, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, etc., along with a team of doctors from Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Hospital Dong Hoi.

The program received major sponsorship from Thien Tam Fund ( Vingroup Corporation) and the support of many businesses and charitable organizations. These contributions are a great source of encouragement, contributing to bringing a bright future to less fortunate children.
