Mr. Tran Vu Khiem was appointed as Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Tran Vu Khiem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, was assigned as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

On October 7, the leader of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has unanimously assigned Mr. Tran Vu Khiem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Previously, at the 1st Congress of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, Mr. Tran Vu Khiem was appointed by the Politburo as Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Tran Vu Khiem (born in 1973, from Quang Tri province) has a Master's degree in Party building and a Bachelor's degree in literature. Mr. Khiem used to be a journalist and reporter for Quang Binh Radio and Television Station (now Quang Tri Newspaper and Radio and Television).

After that, Mr. Khiem successively held positions in the old Quang Binh province such as Editorial Secretary of the Party Cell Activity Magazine, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Tuyen Hoa District Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Quang Binh Newspaper, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports.

After Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces merged, Mr. Khiem held the position of Head of the Organizing Committee of the new Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.
