With this event, Thanh Oai is the second district in Hanoi to complete the construction of technical infrastructure for all 5/5 CCNs, reaching a rate of 100%.

Promoting socio -economic development in the southern region of the capital

Thanh Van - Tan Uoc Industrial Park Project is a multi-industry cluster, with a scale of 52 hectares, total investment of over 1,000 billion VND. This is a key project according to the orientation of Thanh Oai district with the aim of attracting businesses to invest in high technology, supporting industry, clean production; expanding households, businesses, and establishments that are producing and trading in craft villages and residential areas that cause environmental pollution to produce in industrial parks.

Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Constrexim No. 1 Joint Stock Company Nguyen Quang Huy (project investor) said: Thanh Van - Tan Uoc Industrial Park has been researched and approved in terms of planning, infrastructure with reasonable zoning design; ensuring that when operating, it will optimize values, modern production areas and warehouses with high quality, ensuring safety for workers and goods.

According to the plan, the project is built with modern auxiliary facilities to meet market demand in the new context, synchronous construction of infrastructure, modern architecture, closed production process, fully meeting the needs of major brands, fire prevention and fighting system and wastewater treatment system meeting standards, with the criteria of green, clean, environmentally friendly industrial park, and sustainable development.

Increase budget revenue, create jobs for thousands of workers

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the project, Chairman of Thanh Oai District People's Committee Bui Van Sang affirmed that the implementation and completion of Thanh Van - Tan Uoc Industrial Park into operation is expected to contribute positively to increasing economic value, creating more jobs and income for local workers, increasing revenue for the state budget, bringing production value accounting for a high proportion in the economic structure of the district. It is expected that when put into operation, the project will attract over 100 enterprises, creating jobs for 3,000 - 5,000 workers.

Emphasizing the journey for the project to start, Mr. Bui Van Sang said that over the past time, with the attention and facilitation of the City Party Committee, People's Committee, departments and branches of the city, the efforts in the leadership and direction of Thanh Oai district, Tan Uoc commune and households within the scope of the project have coordinated and created conditions to help the investor complete procedures on planning, land, investment, site clearance, and construction permits.

In order for the project to be completed and put into operation on schedule, the Chairman of Thanh Oai District People's Committee requested the investor to focus resources to implement the project to ensure quality and progress as committed; strictly comply with the provisions of the law on planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection and other relevant legal provisions.

Consulting units and contractors must strictly comply with construction standards and regulations; ensure quality, construction safety, labor safety and environmental sanitation; and must not let the construction process affect the lives, production and activities of people in the area surrounding the project.

To speed up the project's completion and attract businesses and production households, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen requested the city's departments, branches and sectors and Thanh Oai District People's Committee to continue to create the most favorable conditions for investors in the project implementation process, especially in removing difficulties and obstacles and shortening the time for administrative procedures.
