Where people are in trouble, there are police.
Recently, many units of the Provincial Police and local police have proactively worked closely with the people to carry out activities to support people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, improving their safety and spreading the spirit of mutual love.
Typically, during the heavy rain on the evening of October 10 and early morning of October 11, Minh Duc Commune Police together with the commune military force, the grassroots security and order protection force and the crime prevention and control club worked all night to stretch ropes, guide evacuation, salvage property and guard dangerous areas to ensure the safety of life and property for people in the commune. The image of officers and soldiers braving the rain and wading in floodwaters left a deep impression on every local resident.

Not only rescue, many units also directly participated in helping people repair houses, clean up the scene after the storm so that people can soon stabilize their lives. The coordination between the Commune Police and the Minh Duc Commune Military Command in re-roofing and repairing houses for damaged households has significantly reduced the pressure on affected families, contributing to maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.
In response to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province and the movement launched by the Provincial Police to support people and officers and soldiers affected by storms and floods, the police of communes and wards in the province have simultaneously launched donations. The donations from local police were transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of communes and wards to send to people in flooded areas.
In addition to the task of ensuring security and order, a number of professional units of the Provincial Police have deployed a mass mobilization model that cleverly combines legal propaganda and social security care for people in the province. Recently, the Immigration Management Department presided over and coordinated with the People's Committee of Loc Thanh commune, the Commune Police, and the Hoa Lu International Border Gate Border Guard Station to organize the launching ceremony of the Border Commune model of no illegal entry and exit in Loc Thanh commune. The model aims to promote the strength of the entire political system, heads of agencies, departments, branches, unions, Party committees, authorities and people in the fight against illegal entry and exit. At the same time, closely combine the organization of mass mobilization to build the Movement of All People Protecting National Security with economic development in the commune.
Chairman of Loc Thanh Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Thao said: This model will help cadres, party members and people in the area to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws in general, and the laws in the field of entry and exit in particular. In addition, the model also contributes to ensuring security and order in the locality.
The charity meal is a model of humane activities organized and implemented by the Logistics Department, Provincial Police at Binh Phuoc General Hospital. The model is implemented with the meaning of joining hands to share with poor patients in difficult and deprived areas.
According to the leader of the Logistics Department, Provincial Police, this activity aims to demonstrate the spirit, responsibility and affection of police officers and soldiers towards the people in times of difficulty and misfortune. The model is a meaningful milestone in the journey of sharing love and spreading the image of police officers joining hands with the whole society to accompany sick people in difficult circumstances.
Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thi Ninh, Head of the General Team, Logistics Department, Provincial Police shared: Through this activity, patients are not only provided with nutritious diets to support treatment but also receive dedicated care to know that in the most difficult times, they always receive sympathy and love.
Towards people in distress
Not only performing tasks in the province, when storms and floods occurred in the Central and Northern regions, police at all levels in Dong Nai quickly took action: from launching donations in communes and wards to receiving, classifying and transporting relief goods.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, the Provincial Police launched a movement to support people and officers and soldiers affected by storms and floods. The movement received enthusiastic response from the Board of Directors to leaders, officers and soldiers of units under the Provincial Police, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love" and "helping each other".
Lieutenant Colonel Vo Nhat Hong Phuc, Head of the Social Order Administrative Police Department, Provincial Police, said: After about a week since its launch, the donation movement has spread strongly, attracting a large number of people to participate and directly bring goods to support. Through the deployment, about 30 tons of goods and necessities were transferred to support the northern provinces that suffered heavy damage caused by storms and floods.
The recent activities of the Dong Nai Police force not only timely help and support people in times of trouble but also contribute to strengthening trust and enhancing the relationship between the police force and the people. To further promote that effectiveness, in the coming time, the Provincial Police will direct the police units and localities to continue to consolidate and expand the movements of solidarity throughout the force to spread the social responsibility of the police force.
