On the evening of October 18, Truc Ly Charity Club (Thu Thua Commune, Tay Ninh Province) set off on a charity trip to Bo Ha Commune ( Bac Ninh Province), bringing 300 gifts including noodles, rice, cakes, milk, notebooks, pens, water and clothes to people in flooded areas. Before that, the group had just returned from a relief trip to Xuan Nghi Commune, Ha Tinh Province.

Ms. Ngo Thi Truc Ly, the founder of the club, shared: “When I went to Xuan Nghi commune, Ha Tinh province recently, I saw that the water had receded but traces of floodwater were still imprinted on the bamboo tops, and belongings were stuck on them. The water had almost receded but the scene was extremely heartbreaking and desolate, with houses, crops, and gardens almost all gone. Seeing that, we just hoped to be able to help the people in some way.”

The delegation to Bo Ha commune, Bac Ninh province this time included 4 trucks, 8 drivers and volunteers, carrying necessities and the spirit of sharing from the people who contributed. They prepared their own food, slept on the truck and expected the journey to be 5 days. Among them was a truck owned by Ly's husband, who usually transported fruits from the West to sell. Ly said that her family had difficulties in the past, so she understood the suffering of people in trouble even more. Now she is not rich, but she has been used to donating clothes to the Central Highlands and Central provinces to give to people for 3 years now, so Ly wanted to do something to help people in the Central and North this time.

Joining the group was Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son (Tan Long commune, Tay Ninh ), a fruit delivery driver who shared: "Usually, I have a truck to deliver fruit to stalls at the markets, but now I have temporarily put it aside because I think that right now, many people in the North need help. For me, people from the South or the North are of the same blood, when in trouble, we must help each other, I think it is our duty to support and love each other." Although temporarily stopping work will cause a loss of goods, for Mr. Son, the most important thing right now is that he feels happier when he himself can transport relief goods to the hands of people in the North.

In mid-October, the Dang Van Phuc Volunteer Traffic Rescue Team (Tay Ninh province) also organized a gift-giving program to support people affected by storm No. 11 in Huu Lung, Tuan Son and Yen Binh communes (Lang Son province). The group gave 4,900 gifts, each worth about 500,000 VND, including instant noodles, cakes, milk, water and essential necessities, with a total cost of nearly 2.5 billion VND. Mr. Dang Van Phuc said that this was not the first time the group had called on Tay Ninh people to support people in flood-affected areas. Previously, the group had carried out 4 similar campaigns to support people in flood-affected areas in the Central and Northern regions.

Previously, in early October 2025, Tay Ninh province sent 15 billion VND to 5 provinces heavily affected by storm No. 10, demonstrating the sense of responsibility, affection and humanity of the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Ninh towards the people of the whole country. In addition, the Tay Ninh business community also contributed more than 4.5 billion VND to support people in flood-affected areas to overcome the damage.

The charity trucks from Tay Ninh, traveling thousands of kilometers to the Central and Northern regions, not only carry relief goods, but also convey the warm feelings of the Tay Ninh people with the spirit of mutual love and support, the traditional spirit of our people.
