Attending the opening ceremony, provincial delegates included members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Tran Song Tung , Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Dang Thanh Son , Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council ; leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha represented Most Venerable Thich Thanh Quyet , Vice President of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.

Delegates, former leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the old Ly Nhan district; leaders of neighboring communes and wards; enterprises inside and outside the province; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tran Thuong commune, along with a large number of people and tourists from all over the country attended the ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Le Duc Nhuong , Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, emphasized : Tran Thuong Temple is one of the three major temples in the Red River Delta, where the National Duke, Commander-in-Chief Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan and his generals who contributed to the resistance war against the Yuan-Mongol army in the 13th century are worshiped . Historically, Tran Thuong commune has an important strategic position in the resistance war against the Yuan-Mongol invaders. Legend has it that on the way to fight the Yuan-Mongol invaders, with the vision of an outstanding military and politician , Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan recognized the "Human worshiping general" terrain of Tran Thuong and ordered the construction of 6 warehouses to store food and weapons to serve the resistance war against the Yuan-Mongol invaders. After returning victorious, he planted a tomb here with the intention of entrusting a grave and taking the people here as the place to "create a custom". Therefore, the people in the area built a temple to remember his merits.

Promoting the tradition of "remembering the source of water when drinking", remembering the great contributions of the national hero, the Duke and Commander-in-Chief of Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan and his generals, this year's Tran Thuong Temple Traditional Festival is held to commemorate the 725th anniversary of the death of Saint Tran ; at the same time , practically welcoming the success of the 1st Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030. After many years of organization, the Tran Thuong Temple Traditional Festival has become a traditional beauty, honoring the heroes who built and defended the country, and at the same time spreading the value of national history. This event reminds future generations to cherish the past, express respect and gratitude to their ancestors, strengthen the great national unity bloc and continue the thought "In peacetime, we must spare the people's strength to make a plan that is deep and lasting" . In addition, the Tran Thuong Temple Traditional Festival is also an opportunity to promote spiritual tourism to compatriots nationwide and overseas Vietnamese. The festival also has the meaning of praying for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, bountiful harvests, abundant blessings, contributing to preserving and promoting traditional cultural identity, expressing the aspiration for a prosperous and sustainably developed country.

Performance of the show "The sacred land where the Holy Spirit originates".

After the opening ceremony is the art program with the theme "Echoes of Tran Thuong - Thousand years of history". The program is staged in the form of epic dance drama, combining song - dance - music. The program consists of 2 parts, the first part talks about the land of Tran Thuong where the sacred spirit originated, the dance dramas show the legend of Lady Mieu ; Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan ; the merits of Vuong Co Dai Hoang and Princess Quyen Thanh . The second part talks about the history of Tran Thuong temple and the land of Nam Xang... The program gathers more than 300 artists, actors and nearly 200 youth union members and students of Bac Ly High School to participate in the performance.

The art program honoring the history, culture and image of Saint Tran, honoring the heroic spirit of Dong A received the encouragement of many people from all walks of life and tourists from near and far. The opening ceremony ended with a low-altitude fireworks display that delighted the festival-goers.
