Since early afternoon, a large number of fans have flocked to Tien Son Sports Palace ( Da Nang City). Very quickly, the rows of seats in the stands were filled, creating a bustling scene.

Organizers aim to set a Guinness World Record for "Largest Live Audience at a Pickleball Event" on October 4, 2025 - an unprecedented milestone for the sport globally.

From the stands, the audience almost filled every position. Many spectators sat on the street to watch the athletes compete. Each beautiful shot from the players was like Tyson McGuffin, Zane Navratil… all made the stands explode. Cheers rang out in waves, along with "human waves" spreading throughout the stands.

In particular, the men's doubles final between Zane Navratil, Armaan Bhatia and Tyson McGuffin, Eric Oncins attracted special attention from the audience.

Ms. Nguyen Ha (32 years old, a tourist from Hanoi), who was there with her friends from early afternoon, shared: "I flew to Da Nang in time to watch the finals. Every good shot by the world's top athletes made the audience jump up and cheer as if they were watching the final of a football tournament. The atmosphere was really explosive ."

Many groups of fans carried banners and name tags and continuously called out the names of their favorite players. At times, the entire stadium erupted in applause that lasted for minutes, creating an extremely exciting atmosphere.

This is the first time Da Nang City has been chosen as the venue for the PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 international pickleball tournament, with the participation of the world's top players.

According to the Organizing Committee, this is the largest pickleball tournament in Asia in terms of prize size (150,000 USD), number of participating athletes and number of spectators. The tournament has nearly 600 professional and amateur players from Vietnam and the world.
