Not only TTG Battalion 699 but also in all agencies and units under the City Military Command, the working atmosphere is urgent. Colonel Vo Van Tuan, Political Commissar of the Da Nang City Military Command, said: "In recent times, the unit has regularly innovated the content and form of emulation to closely match the requirements of the task, focusing on breakthroughs in implementing political tasks, removing difficulties and obstacles in implementing military and defense tasks when organizing two-level local governments; timely and appropriate rewards. According to Colonel Tran Huu Ich, Commander of the Da Nang City Military Command: Every year, based on the directives and plans for implementing military and defense tasks and the targets and tasks of the Emulation Movement for Victory, the Party Committee and the City Military Command specify the contents and targets of emulation and reward work in the leadership resolution for implementing military and defense tasks, and develop a strict and scientific implementation plan. Agencies and units launch many effective and practical emulation movements such as: "Good training, strict discipline, high combat readiness", "Flowers on the training ground, examples in training"... Thanks to that, the results of the annual training inspection are 100% satisfactory, of which 75% are good and excellent; excellently completing the drill tasks at all levels, ensuring absolute safety.

To spread the emulation movement, Party committees, commanders, emulation and reward councils (groups) at all levels have focused on building, fostering, and replicating advanced models through the results of training and combat readiness tasks; competitions and sports; disease prevention and control; helping people overcome the consequences of natural disasters, search and rescue... From 2019 to present, the Da Nang City Military Command has built 79 collectives and 140 comprehensively advanced typical individuals; 102 collectives and 171 advanced typical individuals in each aspect of work and each field of activity.
