Emulation Block No. 2 of the Chemical Corps includes units: Brigade 86, Brigade 87 and Brigade 88.

In 2025, the emulation movement and the emulation movement of the Bloc closely followed the political tasks and practical situations of agencies and units; promoted the role of Party committees, commanders, leading cadres, political agencies and the role of organizations and forces in leading, directing and organizing the emulation movement. In 2026, the Emulation Block No. 2 of the Chemical Corps determined to continue to thoroughly grasp the policies, viewpoints, resolutions, and directives of all levels on the work of the TĐKT and the TĐQT Movement. Units will promote emulation towards welcoming the 14th National Party Congress, promoting innovation, creativity, and digital transformation in the unit. At the same time, continue to improve the quality of training, combat readiness, build discipline, comply with discipline, and ensure safety in all aspects.

The Chief of the Political Department of the Chemical Corps presented flowers to congratulate the unit on its excellent completion of the Block Leader task in 2025 and awarded a rotating flag to the unit receiving the Block Leader handover in 2026.

At the conference, delegates focused on clarifying the results achieved, pointing out the limitations, proposing organizational and directive measures to improve the quality of TDKT work and the TDQT Movement in 2026; exchanging experiences, typical models, good and creative practices for units to research, learn and apply in practice.

On this occasion, the head of the Political Department of the Chemical Corps presented flowers to congratulate the unit on successfully completing the task of the Head of Emulation Block No. 2 in 2025, which is Brigade 87, and presented a rotating flag to the unit receiving the handover of the Head of Block No. 2 in 2026, which is Brigade 88.
