At the launching ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh announced the launch of an emulation campaign to achieve achievements in celebration of the 14th National Party Congress in the spirit of accelerating, breaking through, and completing the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
The Prime Minister emphasized that currently, all levels, sectors and localities are making every effort to successfully implement the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Under the leadership of the Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat, the whole country has resolutely implemented historic policies. All are creating momentum, strength, position and confidence to bring the country into a new era, an era of national development.

With the participation of the entire political system, we have successfully deployed the operation of the two-level local government. Although there are still many difficulties, there have been miracles created from the emulation movements that were launched. These are the movements: The whole country unites, joins hands, and unanimously competes to prevent, fight and defeat the COVID-19 pandemic; The movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses reached the finish line 5 years and 4 months early; Completing the 500 kV line 3, Quang Trach - Pho Noi in a record short time; The peak period of 500 days and nights completed 3,000 km of expressway, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed.

The Prime Minister stated: The 14th National Party Congress is a particularly important political event that determines the country's development guidelines and goals in the new era. This peak emulation period is the connecting melody for us to accelerate, break through, and strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
To bring about unity and emulation in action among the people, the Prime Minister requested that all levels, sectors, localities, and each cadre, party member, civil servant, and public employee, especially the leaders, must be exemplary cores. All must compete in the spirit of innovative thinking, determination to act, creativity together, exemplary leadership, dedication, development creation, and service to the people.
