Comrades Tran Xuan Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Van Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Nguyen Cong Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of Dai Loc District Party Committee, delegates of communes and towns of the district attended the congress.
Dai Cuong Commune Party Committee was selected by the Standing Committee of Dai Loc District Party Committee to organize a model congress to gain experience in directing and organizing congresses of party committees and affiliated party cells for the 2025 - 2030 term. This is also the first commune party committee in Quang Nam to organize a congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people of Dai Cuong commune have promoted the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, made efforts to overcome difficulties, focused on successfully implementing the set political goals and tasks, and achieved outstanding achievements in all fields.
In particular, Party building work is constantly focused on. The commune Party Committee was awarded the Flag of Recognition by the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee for achieving the standard of "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years (2019 - 2023). The local political system is regularly consolidated and improved, basically meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
The economy has developed quite well, with an average growth of 12.6% per year. The economic structure has shifted positively, towards promoting the development of small-scale industry and trade and services, and gradually reducing the proportion of agriculture.
Rural infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, irrigation, education, health care, cultural and sports institutions, etc., are increasingly invested in and improved, contributing to the completion of the criteria for advanced new rural communes; maintaining the criteria for model new rural residential areas in Quang Dai village; continuing to build Thanh Van and O Gia villages to achieve model new rural villages.
The cultural and social fields have achieved quite comprehensive results. Poverty reduction work has been focused on, the whole commune now has only 13 poor households, accounting for 0.57%, lower than the average level of the whole district...
On behalf of the Standing Committee of Dai Loc District Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Hao - Secretary of the District Party Committee acknowledged the efforts and struggles of the Party Committee, government and people of Dai Cuong commune in the past term, contributing to the overall success of the District Party Committee.
Suggesting 5 key task groups for the congress to study and discuss, Mr. Nguyen Hao said that in order to achieve the targets set by the congress, the Party Committee of the commune needs to develop an action program with very specific solutions, suitable to the local reality. Closely follow the development orientations and plans of the district and the province to focus on leadership, direction, and maximum mobilization of resources to invest in infrastructure, promote advantages to shift the economic structure and labor structure appropriately and in the right direction.
In particular, constantly strengthen Party building and rectification; improve the political mettle, intelligence, leadership capacity, and fighting strength of the Party Committee and each affiliated Party organization. Gradually build a team of communal cadres that not only meets the requirements of current political tasks, but also has a successor team in the following terms. Focus on inspection, supervision, prevention and timely handling of violations of Party organizations and Party members, and strictly maintain Party discipline.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Dai Cuong Commune Party Committee, term XV, consisting of 15 comrades; elected a delegation of 12 comrades to attend the 23rd Congress of the Dai Loc District Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030). Discussed and unanimously approved the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Dai Cuong Commune Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030).
At the first meeting, the Party Executive Committee of Dai Cuong commune elected Mr. Nguyen Van Hai to be re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.
