In Lao Cai ward, according to comrade Nguyen Quoc Huy, Secretary of the ward Party Committee, based on the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Lao Cai Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Executive Committee of Lao Cai Ward Party Committee built an Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Congress, concretizing the objectives, tasks, and key solutions identified in the Resolution; assigning "Clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products , clear authority " in leadership, direction, propaganda, mobilization and implementation organization.

Bring the Resolution into practical life, strive to build Lao Cai ward into a key economic , cultural, social, defense, security, foreign affairs, growth pole of the province, a center of trade, domestic and international connection with the main focuses being:

Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system in all aspects; effectively implementing the two-level local government model.

Focus on developing trade, services, tourism, green industry, encouraging and supporting private economic development, associated with science, technology, innovation, creativity and digital transformation;

Developing synchronous and modern infrastructure; building new civilized, modern, smart urban spaces, connecting regions and inter-regions;

Strengthening national defense, security and foreign affairs

Strengthen the direction, inspection and supervision of the implementation of this Action Program at party organizations and agencies and units. Direct the review and assessment of the situation and results periodically every year to draw experience and propose leadership solutions to successfully and comprehensively implement the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Accordingly, the members of the Standing Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee of the ward; heads of agencies and units; Secretaries of Party cells and affiliated Party committees always closely follow the major policies and orientations of the Central Government, the province and the Resolution of the Lao Cai Ward Party Congress to advise on concretizing the tasks. Uphold the sense of responsibility for the assigned tasks, in charge, and monitoring; regularly urge, inspect, and supervise. Directly direct and be responsible to the Standing Committee and the Party Committee Standing Committee for the progress and results of implementing the assigned goals and tasks for the industry, field, locality, and unit according to this Program.

In Cam Duong ward, according to Cam Duong ward Party Committee Secretary Vu Hung Dung, the ward Party Executive Committee has just developed an action program to implement the Resolution of the first ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, to specify goals, targets and key task groups, creating unity in leadership, direction and implementation throughout the area.

According to the Program, Cam Duong Ward aims to increase the total product value by an average of 14% per year; budget revenue by 2030 to reach 5,500 billion VND; average income per capita to over 130 million VND per year; meet "civilized urban" standards, welcome over 1 million tourists and increase the business growth rate to 15% per year.

Regarding society, the ward strives for 85% of trained workers (of which 50% have degrees and certificates), 97% of health insurance, and 80% of people's happiness index. Environmental indicators include: Collection and treatment of 98% of domestic solid waste and 100% of waste classification at source; digital transformation with 100% 5G coverage, 85% of online public services, and 95% of people having VNeID.

In October 2025, the Cam Duong Ward Party Committee organized the dissemination of the Resolution, adjusted the working regulations and issued the full-term work programs; at the same time, built 17 plans to implement key projects of the province in the period of 2026-2030, 6 key projects and 5 specialized Resolutions of the ward. On that basis, the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward concretized the goals, tasks and annual solutions to manage socio-economic development.

Inspection and supervision work is carried out throughout the term; periodic summaries, conclusions and rewards are given to groups and individuals who perform well. Heads of Party committees, authorities, agencies and units are responsible for the implementation results in their assigned areas; Party cells and grassroots Party committees develop appropriate implementation plans to ensure progress and quality.

With the spirit of "words go hand in hand with actions", the action program is expected to create a strong shift, bringing Cam Duong to green, modern, and happy development, contributing to the common goal of Lao Cai province in the period 2025-2030.

Sa Pa ward leaders dialogue with people in residential groups.

In Sa Pa ward, from October 7, Sa Pa ward Party Committee held a conference to inform the results of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and to disseminate and deploy the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Sa Pa Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

In particular, sustainable poverty reduction, improving and enhancing the quality of life of the people.
