Who is the handsome male model with 6-pack body and fitness trainer that makes women swoon?

Nearly 10 years after being crowned Vietnam's Supermodel 2016 Champion, model Manh Kien has turned to become a professional trainer, with the intention of returning to the catwalk.

Nguyen Manh Kien was born in 1995, has a masculine face and is 1.82m tall. He was crowned Vietnam's Supermodel Bodybuilding Champion in 2016.

He participated in major fashion shows such as: Vietnam International Fashion Week, Vietnam Designer Fashion Week... The model is loved by the audience for his elegant style, radiant demeanor, and toned body when modeling for photos or walking on the catwalk.

Despite his promising career, Manh Kien decided to leave showbiz to focus on pursuing a career as a professional fitness trainer.

Manh Kien once contributed capital as a shareholder of a gym brand as well as directly trained many models and celebrities in the entertainment industry. Occasionally, he participated in events of close friends and partners.

Recently, he reappeared in Vietnam's Next Top Model 2025 in the water posing challenge episode. Here, the male model attracted attention thanks to his outstanding skills and performance. Manh Kien revealed that he is currently an ambassador for the shoe brand.

At the age of 30, he maintains his appearance with a slim body and firm muscles. The male supermodel maintains a strict exercise and diet regimen, limiting starch, eating 6 meals a day and spending time at the gym, running 10km every morning.

Previously, Manh Kien weighed 90kg but now he has lost 10kg. The male model wants to maintain his model-standard body to continue to satisfy his passion for fashion.

Manh Kien wants to return to the stage after a period of absence.

“Even though I have changed my career path, my passion and enthusiasm for the catwalk is still very great. My strengths are my body and face, which are quite suitable for fashion. I hope to have more work and experience in this field,” he shared.
