BIDV and TECHCOMBANK OFFICIALLY PROVIDED MORE THAN 12,000 BILLION VND IN CREDIT CAPITAL FOR EUROWINDOW LIGHT CITY PROJECT

On October 16, 2025 in Hanoi, Eurowindow Light City Company Limited signed a Credit Contract and a Syndicated Loan Agreement with the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and the Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank). According to the agreement, BIDV and Techcombank will co-finance a syndicated credit package worth VND 12,171 billion for the Eurowindow Light City urban area project, in which BIDV plays the role of providing the main capital.

The event was attended by nearly 100 guests in a solemn atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of close cooperation and commitment between the parties.

On behalf of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development, there were Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - General Director and Mr. Tran Long - Deputy General Director of the Bank. Representing the Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank were Ms. Nguyen Thu Lan - Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Phan Thi Hai Yen - Deputy Director of Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions, along with the participation of many distinguished guests.

Representatives of Eurowindow Holding and Eurowindow Light City Real Estate Investment Company Limited were Mr. Nguyen Canh Hong - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Canh Son Tung - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Le Thi Hai Yen - Permanent Deputy General Director; Mr. Le Van Thang - Deputy General Director in charge of Sales & Marketing; Mr. Vu Duc Hoan - Deputy General Director in charge of Construction Management; and Mr. Nguyen Viet Ha - Chairman of the Board of Members of Eurowindow Light City Real Estate Investment Company Limited.

The signing ceremony marked an important milestone in the development journey of Eurowindow Light City when the project received the support of two leading financial institutions. With a scale of 176 hectares, the project is positioned to become the "City of Light" on the North bank of Ma River - a new urban symbol of Thanh Hoa.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Canh Hong - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eurowindow Holding said: This cooperation not only brings abundant credit capital to ensure project progress but also demonstrates the banking system's confidence in the capacity of the investor, project developer as well as the scale and stature of the Eurowindow Light City urban area.

“The fact that leading banks are accompanying the project is a clear demonstration of the prestige and development potential of Eurowindow Light City. We are committed to using capital effectively and hope to continue receiving the support of the two banks in current and upcoming Eurowindow projects,” he emphasized.

Eurowindow Light City is located in Nguyet Vien ward, north of Ma river - which is being oriented to become the new development center of Thanh Hoa province. The project has a strategic location, conveniently connected to the South bank via National Highway 10, National Highway 1A and major traffic routes, and is located in the key infrastructure planning area, where Thanh Hoa is focusing on strong investment. From the project, residents can easily access administrative agencies, hospitals, schools, and commercial centers in just a few minutes.

With a total area of ​​176 hectares, Eurowindow Light City is one of the largest urban areas being developed in Thanh Hoa.
