The World Travel Awards (WTA) Asia 2025 ceremony took place at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong Hotel, bringing together representatives of leading airlines, tourism organizations and service corporations in the region.
At the event, Vietnam Airlines was honored in three important award categories of the World Travel Awards Asia 2025. In the category of Asia's Leading Airline Brand 2025, Vietnam Airlines was recognized as Asia's leading airline brand, affirming the airline's prestige and pioneering position in the region. Meanwhile, Vietnam Airlines' Lotusmiles loyalty program was named in the category of Asia's Leading Airline Rewards Programme 2025 thanks to its diverse service ecosystem and engaging experiences for members. Heritage Magazine, the official publication on Vietnam Airlines flights, was also honored as Asia's Leading Inflight Magazine 2025, recognizing the magazine's role in promoting Vietnam's image, culture and tourism to international friends.

The “Asia's Leading Airline Brand” award is a testament to the national brand image built on the foundation of service quality, safety and customer experience. During the strong recovery period of the market, the airline has not only maintained stable growth but also promoted digital transformation, invested in a new generation fleet, reduced CO₂ emissions and pioneered the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), aiming to become an international 5-star airline, modern and environmentally friendly.
The award “Asia's Leading Airline Rewards Programme 2025” for Lotusmiles is a testament to Vietnam Airlines' success in its strategy of building a strong and sustainable relationship with customers. Not only does it offer a diverse system of benefits such as priority service, flexible mile accumulation and conversion with more than 20 airlines in the SkyTeam alliance and many partners in the fields of tourism, banking, and hotels, Lotusmiles is also a pioneer in building a community of loyal customers in Vietnam. Recently, the program successfully organized the LEF (Loyalty Executive Forum) - a specialized forum on Loyalty Marketing, bringing together experts and strategic partners, contributing to affirming Vietnam Airlines' pioneering role in developing a loyal customer ecosystem.

For many years, Heritage has become a part of the flight experience and an important media channel contributing to spreading the cultural values and people of Vietnam.
