* According to the Nghe An State Treasury, up to now, many units have withdrawn their budgets to pay salaries to officials, civil servants, public employees and workers according to the new salary level (1.8 million VND/month). It is expected that in October 2023, 100% of agencies, units and localities in the province will fully pay salaries according to the new basic salary level.

* On the afternoon of September 22, the leader of the People's Committee of Nghia Loi commune (Nghia Dan district) said that after completing the autopsy, the police handed over the body of Vi Van Nghia (24 years old), who died while hunting bees, to his family for burial. The autopsy results showed that the victim suffered a broken neck bone leading to his death. The cause may have been a fall from a tree while searching for honey.
