Training on Digital Literacy for cadres, civil servants and public employees

(CTT-Dong Nai) - The Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the People's Committee of An Vien commune to organize a conference to deploy the program "Digital Education for the People" and train officials, civil servants and public employees on exploiting and operating the system and software serving administrative work according to the 2-level e-government model in An Vien commune.

At the conference, the trainees were informed by the Department of Science and Technology's reporter on 5 key topics: Digital transformation knowledge, digital technology, digital skills for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; AI application skills at work; digital skills for source lecturers; training and guiding cadres and civil servants to exploit and operate the Dong Nai Management and Operation software system - S (Dnis) to serve administrative work according to the 2-level government model; Training and guiding cadres and civil servants to exploit and operate the Electronic One-Stop System (Igate) to serve administrative work according to the 2-level government model.

Conference scene

  Through the training session to improve the capacity to apply digital technology in state management, contributing to building an effective digital government at the local level. The "Digital Education for All" program was implemented to promote the dissemination of basic digital knowledge and skills to the entire population, ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital transformation process; aiming for 80% of adults to understand digital transformation, use smart devices, effectively exploit essential digital platforms and services and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment.
