Look up power outage schedule via Zalo

People can easily look up the power outage schedule through Zalo. On the main screen of Zalo, enter the name of the electricity corporation in the area where they live in the search bar above (EVNHANOI, EVNHCMC, EVNNPC, EVNSPC or EVNCPC).

Then, the customer selects the account of the corresponding electricity corporation and clicks "Interest". On the messaging screen, follow the instructions to link the customer code.

Click Lookup > Power outage schedule (for EVNHANOI, EVNSPC and EVNCPC), click Request > Lookup > Lookup power outage schedule (for EVNNPC).

With EVNHCMC, power outage schedule will be automatically sent after users link customer code.

Look up power outage schedules via the app

First, customers download the EVNHCMC Customer Service application on iTunes for iPhone and on Google Play App for Android phones.

On the main screen of the application, enter your phone number if you already have an account, just enter the password and you're done. If you don't have an account, the system will guide you to register. Then you enter the password and confirm the information by SMS message sent to your phone number.

After confirming the SMS message information, at the main interface of the EVNHCMC app, users click on settings, then select the electricity point link to connect electricity at your place.

Next, click on add electricity point link, then fill in the customer code box with the information on the electricity paper starting with PE and click check.

Finally, when the power point is connected, the system will return to the main screen. Users can click on the power outage schedule to find out detailed information about the power outage schedule at their location. Customers can also find the power outage schedule in the Ho Chi Minh City area in the area bar.

The customer care centers of the 5 corporations of Vietnam Electricity Group all have information lookup services on the website.

Accordingly, people can proactively monitor the time, status and specific power outage area based on province/city or customer code (if any).

In Hanoi, it is Hanoi Electricity Corporation (EVNHANOI) and in Ho Chi Minh City, it is Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation (EVNHCMC). Users need to log in to the account linked with the customer code to look up information.

In the Northern region (except Hanoi): Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC); Southern region (except Ho Chi Minh City): Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC); Central region: Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC). Users also need to log in to the account associated with the customer code.
