Many special activities at the Vietnam - Korea Festival in Da Nang city 2025

VHO - The Vietnam - Korea Festival in Da Nang city in 2025 is expected to take place from August 1 to 3 with special activities concentrated at East Sea Park and many accompanying programs held at other locations in the city.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City has just signed a decision on the establishment of the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam - Korea Festival in Da Nang City in 2025.

Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee, was assigned as Head of the Committee. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, holds the role of Deputy Head of the Committee.

The Organizing Committee is responsible for implementing the City People's Committee's plan to organize the Vietnam - Korea Festival in 2025, and at the same time directing and promptly handling any issues arising during the organization process.

The Vietnam - Korea Festival in Da Nang city in 2025 will take place from August 1 to 3.

The festival is expected to take place from August 1 to 3, 2025, with main activities concentrated at East Sea Park and many accompanying programs held at other locations in the city.

Within the framework of the festival, many foreign affairs, exchange and cultural - tourism promotion activities will be implemented. City leaders will receive bilateral delegations from Korean localities and organizations; organize the conference "Meeting Korea in Da Nang: Opportunities to enhance cooperation between Da Nang and Korean partners"; and visit some typical locations of the city.

In particular, the city will hold a ceremony to welcome the 1 millionth Korean tourist to Da Nang in 2025, an event symbolizing the close and strong relationship between the two sides.

In addition, the program also includes exchange activities between the Pyeongtaek City government (Korea) and Da Nang students whose works are participating in the painting exhibition in Pyeongtaek; organizing booths to promote culture, tourism, cuisine, and typical products of Vietnam and Korea; along with exciting art performances and sports exchanges.

The Vietnam - Korea Festival 2025 is expected to contribute to strengthening the friendly relations and expanding comprehensive cooperation between Da Nang and Korean partners, while promoting cultural and tourism exchanges, creating a highlight for the summer in the coastal city.
