Recently, EVN Hanoi confirmed that the information about rotating power outages in the capital is incorrect.

“The temporary power outage schedules in the capital are for maintenance, repair and renovation of the power grid system to ensure safe and stable power supply. These schedules have been announced to customers in advance and posted fully and in accordance with regulations on EVNHANOI's customer care platforms such as website, app, Zalo, Facebook... to help electricity customers easily update and look up, ” EVNHANOI said.

To avoid local overloads causing interruptions in power supply, EVNHANOI also recommends that people, agencies, offices, production and business establishments... join hands to use electricity economically and effectively, turn off unnecessary electrical equipment and limit the use of high-capacity equipment during peak hours of the power system, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day.
