Launching ceremony of the implementation of value-added electricity service
Speaking at the program, Mr. Hoang Minh Giang - Deputy General Director of EVNHANOI emphasized: "Value-added electricity service is a transition from simple electricity supply to comprehensive service. EVNHANOI not only ensures stable electricity, but also accompanies customers in using electricity more safely, effectively and intelligently."
Affirming that with the available technology platform and professional technical team, EVNHANOI is ready to provide post-meter electricity services according to a synchronous, transparent and modern model - aiming to build an urban energy ecosystem operating 24/7.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Danh Duyen - Chairman of EVNHANOI Board of Directors - shared: "EVNHANOI is committed to strengthening trust with specific and practical actions. The launch of the added-value electricity service not only expands service value, but is also an important step on the journey towards the goal of becoming the leading electricity service provider in the ASEAN region."
According to the plan, the value-added electricity service will be implemented by EVNHANOI according to a clear roadmap. Phase 1 (from September 15 to December 31, 2025) focuses on consulting on electricity services; checking electrical equipment and systems; troubleshooting electrical systems; installing/replacing electrical equipment; maintaining rooftop solar power systems. Phase 2 (from January 2026) focuses on consulting on electricity services; checking electrical equipment and systems; troubleshooting electrical systems; installing/replacing electrical equipment; maintenance.
EVNHANOI has fully prepared resources from human resources, equipment to technology platforms to ensure that the registration, processing and monitoring of services take place transparently, professionally and on schedule.
To maximize customer convenience, EVNHANOI has established a process for receiving requests for additional electricity services on digital platforms and traditional channels. Customers can register for additional electricity services via the EVNHANOI application or website, access the "Additional electricity services" section, select the appropriate service type and fill in the information according to the instructions. In addition, customers can also contact the Customer Care Center 19001288, email, chatbot, or go directly to the customer transaction offices of the Electricity Companies.
The successful implementation of the 24/7 electricity service ecosystem will help EVNHANOI become a pioneer in the Vietnam Electricity Group to provide post-meter electricity services in a systematic, synchronous and standardized manner. This is considered an important step to improve service quality, bringing customers safer, more economical and efficient electricity usage experiences when the demand for energy services is increasing.
Not only creating more value for customers, the added electricity service also opens up a new development direction for the capital's electricity industry, when combining technical infrastructure, digital technology and understanding the real needs of the community. From the pilot model in areas such as Hoan Kiem, Viet Hung, Ba Dinh, Tu Liem, Soc Son..., EVNHANOI expects to gradually expand across the entire system from 2026, contributing to the completion of a modern urban energy service chain, focusing on customers.
