Huynh Van Tien, Head of the Farmers' Association of Hamlet 3, Khanh Hung Commune, is one of the typical heads of the Farmers' Association of the commune. He has been attached to and held the role of Head of the Farmers' Association for more than 20 years. He always thinks and worries about how to demonstrate the role and responsibility of the Association, especially effectively implementing emulation movements, developing the economy , improving the material and spiritual life of members and farmers.
