The State Treasury reported on the control of regular and investment expenditures, the results of the implementation of transferred expenditures, and the implementation of capital sources allowed to be extended.

Discussing the above contents, members of the Economic - Budget Committee and delegates highly appreciated the efforts in implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2023 in the context of many difficulties. The province's economic growth in 2023 is estimated at 8.01%; total budget revenue in the area is estimated at 17,122 billion VND, reaching 90% of the estimate assigned by the province, of which domestic revenue is estimated at 8,000 billion VND, reaching 100% of the estimate. Agricultural production achieved good results; restructuring the industry continued to go into depth. The investment and business environment continued to improve. The cultural and social fields achieved many outstanding marks. National defense and security were strengthened.

Delegates also pointed out a number of limitations such as: land management still has many shortcomings; investment procedures for large projects are still slow; economic growth rate is low; there are still many backlogs and problems related to land...
