Hiep Duc meets with typical businesses

DNO - On the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2025), the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hiep Duc commune recently organized a Business Dialogue Forum and met with outstanding entrepreneurs in production and business.

At the forum, Chairman of Hiep Duc Commune People's Committee Luu Hoang An informed that the local economy has developed stably with total food output estimated at nearly 4,000 tons. The commune has basically met 19/19 new rural criteria, with 13/15 villages meeting the model new rural standards, with 7 OCOP products, of which 2 OCOP products have reached 3-star standards.

Hiep Duc added a new planning for an industrial cluster of 64.2 hectares, calling for attracting 1 business to survey and invest in wood pellets, smokeless activated carbon, and areca drying with a total investment of about 80 billion VND...

Sharing at the meeting, representatives of enterprises thanked the leaders of Hiep Duc commune for their support in the past time. However, more than 54 enterprises operating in the area are facing many difficulties due to high prices of input materials, unstable markets, job-hopping workers, and declining income, forcing many enterprises to reduce their scale or temporarily stop operations.

On this occasion, Hiep Duc commune rewarded 5 enterprises with many contributions to the local socio-economic development and awarded symbols to 54 enterprises in the area.
