In 2013, Ms. Kator Thi Ai participated in the association's work as Vice President of the Women's Union of Phuoc Binh commune (old), and in 2015 assumed the position of President of the Association. Understanding the difficulties of women in mountainous areas, during her work, Ms. Ai always pondered and thought of finding solutions to support women in developing their family economy . Ms. Ai said: “When I first started working for the association, I encountered many difficulties because I had no experience in propaganda and mobilization. Therefore, I increased my visits to the grassroots, met with women, and talked to understand and grasp the situation. Because the majority of members were ethnic minorities, at first they were hesitant to participate in activities, so I had to persistently propagate and explain so that everyone could clearly understand their rights.”

Ms. Kator Thi Ai was honored by the Provincial Women's Union for her many contributions to the association's activities and the women's movement.

The association supports women to access preferential capital from the Social Policy Bank, Women's Support Fund, and is managing 601 households with a total outstanding debt of over 32 billion VND. To help members reduce production costs and improve knowledge, the association has established a "Women's group to help each other develop the economy through the form of exchanging labor"; coordinate to organize training courses on planting techniques and caring for fruit trees. She also proposed that the locality help single women, poor households, near-poor households, and those in difficult circumstances to access policies such as: Housing support; giving seedlings, livestock...; and at the same time introducing 65 people to work at farms and companies, helping women have a stable income. Thanks to that, from 2020 to 2025, the Commune Women's Union helped 12 households escape poverty.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ninh (born in 1980) She participated in the women's movement since 2019 and was elected as the Head of the Hiep Hoa Village Women's Association in 2021. When taking over the job, she encountered many difficulties because the association had not organized regular activities before. She coordinated with the deputy head of the association to mobilize and gather members to hold quarterly activities to promote the contents, as well as create conditions for women to meet, talk and share with each other. Through loan groups and chat sessions in groups of friends, Ms. Ninh skillfully acted as a bridge, mobilizing more women to participate. Ms. Ninh said: "Most of the women in the village are farmers, so at first they were hesitant and rarely participated in the activities of the association. To attract members, in each meeting, in addition to promoting the contents, I also integrated cultural and artistic activities that were fun and friendly to create a comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to that, the association gradually had more people actively participating in the activities."

The certificate of merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union is the motivation for Ms. Ninh to continue to carry out women's movements well in the locality.
