The lawsuit, signed by Park Bom, accuses Yang Hyun Suk of not paying the equivalent of $5 billion, a figure believed to be the total income that has not been legally paid for many years.

“I have suffered serious losses both mentally and financially . Not paying legitimate profits for a long time is an act of commercial fraud,” the singer emphasized in the complaint. According to information from the complaint, the document was made on October 19.

Immediately after the complaint was published, Korean and international social networks exploded with debate. While a segment of the audience expressed support and called for clarification, many expressed concern about Park Bom’s current mental state.
