At the destinations, the delegation recorded positive signals when some households proactively developed homestays, organized agricultural and traditional culinary experiences, and initially formed community tourism products with their own unique marks. Local authorities also made efforts to mobilize and support people to participate in tourism, considering this a new direction for economic development, contributing to increasing income and creating more jobs on the spot.

However, many limitations are also evident: The connecting traffic infrastructure is not yet synchronized, accommodation services and experience spaces lack professionalism, and promotional activities are still fragmented. The connection of tours with travel businesses is not yet organized systematically, leading to difficulties in forming a product chain that is attractive enough for tourists.

“For community and eco-tourism to develop in the right direction, there needs to be clear planning, connecting destinations and exploiting local values ​​to form unique products,” Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee suggested that localities focus on reviewing and connecting infrastructure, building institutions to manage accommodation services, encouraging people to develop typical products; at the same time, promoting links with travel businesses to build more professional, comprehensive tours.

Mr. Binh also said that the city will accompany localities in planning, human resource training, calling on businesses to invest in infrastructure and promotion, aiming to build sustainable community and ecological tourism products, contributing to landscape conservation and improving people's lives.

From July 1 to September 22, the center received and processed more than 2,100 applications. Local leaders said the unit is making efforts to improve processes and increase the application of information technology to shorten processing time and create more convenience for people and businesses.

Praising the results achieved, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh requested the center to continue promoting the 2-level local government model, arranging civil servants reasonably, promoting online public services, digitizing records, maintaining discipline and order in handling procedures. At the same time, he emphasized that the satisfaction of people and businesses must be considered a measure of service quality.

Mr. Binh also requested that departments and branches coordinate closely and promptly remove obstacles so that public administrative service centers can truly become "reliable, modern destinations" in serving people and businesses.
