Popularizing the identity of National Digital Transformation Day 2025

In order for the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 to have a strong influence on the whole society, the Department of Science and Technology sends to your agencies and units the identity set for the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the identity set) and posts it on the National Digital Transformation Portal at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1keSVEKNzo9CnrqeurSrGWIJ9C72ZHrfB (or scan the attached QR code). We respectfully request that your agencies and units implement the following contents:

1. Post and communicate the identity of the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 (Including: backdrop, banner, info, poster, standee) by displaying the identity on the electronic information portal at agencies and localities, on electronic boards, public screens under management, websites, mobile applications of the unit and on electronic newspapers of the industry, field, and management from until October 12, 2025.

2. Include the National Digital Transformation Day identity in online publications and in person at events responding to National Digital Transformation Day 2025.

3. Encourage officials, civil servants, public employees and employees of agencies and units to respond on cyberspace by changing their avatars to include an avatar frame for National Digital Transformation Day until October 12, 2025 (instructions in the attached appendix).

4. We request that your agencies and units report on the implementation results of organizing activities to respond to National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) in Lai Chau province in 2025 at your unit. Your agencies and units' reports must be sent to the Department of Science and Technology before October 13, 2025.
