Training on Digital Transformation, Safety, Security and Information Security for officials, civil servants and public employees in Pa Tan commune

On September 20, at the hall of the People's Committee of Pa Tan commune, the Center for Information Technology and Communications (Department of Science and Technology) organized a training course on topics of conversion, safety, security and information security for 67 trainees who are officials, civil servants and public employees working at agencies and units in the commune. The training course belongs to the Program approved in Decision No. 774/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Lai Chau province.

With the aim of equipping the necessary knowledge and skills in the digital age, the training course focuses on key topics, helping staff to promptly grasp the development trends and apply digital technology to practical work. In particular, two contents are especially emphasized: the application of artificial intelligence ChatGPT and the cloud storage service Google Drive.

Regarding the ChatGPT topic, students were given detailed instructions from basic concepts to how to use this AI tool effectively. The lecturer specifically illustrated ChatGPT's ability to support report building, document summarization, administrative document compilation...

Along with that, the Google Drive topic is also delivered in a systematic way. Students are guided on how to store, manage, and share data online; how to work collaboratively on the same document, access data anytime, anywhere; how to create online surveys and quizzes..., contributing to significantly improving the group work process and minimizing the risks of data loss.

Introducing advanced tools such as ChatGPT and Google Drive into the training program not only improves the personal capacity of staff, civil servants and public employees, but also lays the foundation for building a smart working environment, saving time, optimizing resources and promptly meeting the requirements of digital administration in the new period.

In addition, the lecturers introduced the risks and measures to ensure the safety and security of information and data of individuals and organizations to protect data from unauthorized access, unauthorized use, disclosure, modification or destruction of data information.

The training course in Pa Tan commune ended with positive feedback from the trainees, showing the readiness and determination of the staff, civil servants and public employees in applying digital technology to professional work, contributing to the overall development of the locality in the digital age.
