Currently, the Women's Union of Ward 1 Bao Loc has 5,429 members. During the past term, implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo , the Executive Committee of the Union has closely integrated the contents of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle with the Emulation Movement to Build Lam Dong Women of the New Era.

The Association organized 217 launching sessions, attracting 21,650 members to attend. The whole ward has 42/42 branches implementing propaganda, 100% of Association officials and 95% of members registered to participate in implementing the contents of the movement.

The Association focuses on supporting livelihoods for multidimensional poor households, consulting on effective use of loan capital to help members develop the economy and escape poverty sustainably. At the same time, the Association coordinates and mobilizes to ensure that no children due to difficult circumstances have to drop out of school.

The Sunday for the Environment movement is also maintained vigorously, with many practical activities such as planting flowers, building green gates and fences, creating green - clean - beautiful landscapes in residential areas.

Implementing Project 939 on supporting women to start businesses in the period 2017 - 2025, the Association has promoted propaganda, aroused women's creativity and will to rise up, and encouraged new ideas and business models.

The branches maintain the revolving capital contribution form with 1,971 members participating, total capital of 582 million VND, helping 64 members borrow to develop their family economy. Up to now, the whole Association only has 2 members from poor households.

With the efforts of cadres and members in the past term, the women's movement of Ward 1 Bao Loc has been recognized and highly appreciated by the Party Committee, government and the superior Union. 11/11 targets were achieved and exceeded compared to the Resolution of the previous term Congress.

The Association is increasingly consolidated, operating effectively, performing well its representative role in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women, becoming a reliable support for women in the area.

The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Ward 1, Bao Loc, term I, consisting of 29 comrades. Comrade Dinh Thi Bac was appointed to hold the position of President of the Women's Union of Ward 1, Bao Loc, term 2025 - 2030.
