In the area in front of the gate of Ba Thien 2 Industrial Park (Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province), accidents often occur because many people illegally set up stalls and tents, obstructing traffic. The messy scene also spoils the beauty of the industrial park.
To limit traffic accidents in front of the entrance to the industrial park, the People's Committee of Binh Xuyen commune cleared the traffic corridor on Provincial Road 310, the section in front of the industrial park gate, and coordinated with VinaCPK Joint Stock Company to renovate and manage the traffic corridor area, and build a green, clean, and beautiful landscape.

The commune organized propaganda and mobilized 34/36 cases to voluntarily dismantle tents and stalls. The remaining 2 cases were dismantled by the commune People's Committee. The commune police force increased patrols, propaganda, and mobilized people to comply with traffic safety laws.

As soon as the site was available, VinaCPK Joint Stock Company invested 2 billion VND to renovate the entire area adjacent to Provincial Road 310, including clearing the site, leveling the ground, planting trees and grass to cover the entire area previously encroached.

This unit also built two solid fences at both ends of the green campus, erected an iron fence to clear the front of the campus, installed large information boards introducing the green campus project and placed 20 signs with the content "No encroachment on sidewalks or street vending".

The project is not large, but it is a new way of combining local authorities and businesses, contributing to creating a civilized and friendly appearance for the industrial park; helping to ensure traffic safety, preventing encroachment on roadsides and sidewalks. This model can be replicated in industrial parks across the country.
