Quang Nam agrees to adjust the progress of two resort tourism projects

Quang Nam province has agreed to allow progress adjustment for the tourist area in Dien Duong ward and the high-class beach tourist area in Dien Ngoc ward.

The Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just announced the conclusion of the meeting between the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the province.

Accordingly, at the request of the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam province, the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to allow adjusting the implementation progress of the investment project of the Tourist Area in Dien Duong ward of Xuan Phu Hai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company to no more than 24 months.

Quang Nam Province requires Xuan Phu Hai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company to fulfill its tax obligations to the State as prescribed before carrying out procedures to adjust the progress.

In addition, Quang Nam province also agreed in principle to allow adjusting the implementation progress of the investment project of the high-class coastal tourism area in Dien Ngoc ward of MBLand Tonkin Joint Stock Company to no more than 24 months.

MBLand Tonkin Joint Stock Company must fulfill its tax obligations to the State as prescribed before carrying out procedures to adjust progress.

Both the Tourist Area project in Dien Duong ward and the High-class Beach Tourist Area project in Dien Ngoc ward are being built in Dien Ban town.

According to Decision 1721/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province issued in 2019, the tourist area project in Dien Duong ward is implemented in Ha My Dong A block with a total land use area of ​​70,163.7 m2.

Regarding the scale of the project, the entire tourist area includes 4 main functional areas. Specifically, the mixed-function construction area is designed with 7 floors, gradually rising towards the sea; the entire villa area has 30 units with a construction height of 1-2 floors; the green water surface area...

The Dien Ngoc Ward High-class Marine Ecotourism Area project has a scale of investment in building a 5-star hotel for tourism business; building villas and luxury apartments for sale and rent combined with tourism business; technical infrastructure and ancillary services.
