Bridge for foreign enterprises to participate in the 2025 Autumn Fair

Following the great success of the National Achievement Exhibition “80 Years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness Journey” attracting more than 10 million visitors, from October 26 to November 4, the 2025 Autumn Fair will take place at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Hanoi) on a national scale. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is one of the agencies assigned the main task of organizing the fair.

With the message "Connecting people with production and business", the fair is organized to promote domestic market development, stimulate consumption, connect supply and demand, and connect supply chains. Thereby, contributing to the realization of the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025. Notably, not only attracting domestic enterprises and industries to participate, the Autumn Fair 2025 also creates opportunities for connection and trade cooperation for the international business community. It is expected that hundreds of foreign enterprises will come to Vietnam to attend the Autumn Fair 2025 and seek business cooperation opportunities.

In particular, right after the Vietnamese Government launched the organization of the Autumn Fair 2025 and under the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade , directly by Minister Nguyen Hong Dien, more than 60 Vietnamese Trade Office systems abroad are accelerating the promotion and propaganda of the Autumn Fair 2025 to partners, import enterprises, trade promotion organizations and international press agencies. At the same time, building a plan to invite and bring international business delegations to participate in booths at the Autumn Fair; connecting trade, contributing to promoting the import-export growth target of the country in general and the industry and trade sector in particular.

The Vietnam Trade Office in New Zealand said that in order to implement the agreements of the senior leaders of Vietnam and New Zealand in the Joint Statement on upgrading relations to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, from October 27 to November 1, 2025, the Trade Office will organize a delegation of over 20 New Zealand businesses to Vietnam.

During the working trip to Vietnam, the New Zealand business delegation will have many practical activities in major provinces and cities of Vietnam to learn about the Vietnamese market, learn about the business practices of Vietnamese consumers, thereby expanding opportunities for trade cooperation. At the same time, a delegation of 20 New Zealand businesses will attend the Autumn Fair 2025. This is one of the main activities of businesses in Vietnam this time.

Similarly, the Trade Offices in Japan and the Netherlands have also continuously posted and disseminated information about the 2025 Autumn Fair on the Trade Office's official social networking sites. According to the Vietnam Trade Office in Japan, the 2025 Autumn Fair will be national in scale, displaying products and services for domestic and foreign partners. Currently, the Vietnam Trade Office in Japan is promoting communication to attract more businesses to Vietnam to attend.

“The Trade Office will seek, call for and select Japanese enterprises that wish to cooperate and invest with Vietnam, especially those that meet domestic development needs. Hopefully, the Autumn Fair 2025 will be an important bridge to help Vietnamese products increase their presence in Japan and potential international markets,” the Vietnam Trade Office in Japan emphasized.

With a national scale, the 2025 Autumn Fair is an opportunity for businesses to affirm their brands, introduce products, seek partners, and connect domestic supply chains with regional and international markets. The 2025 Autumn Fair has a scale of over 100,000 m2, equivalent to about 3,000 standard booths; expected to include 10 exhibition halls with about 3,000 standard booths. Participants are organizations, businesses, and cooperatives of all economic sectors at home and abroad.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the fair will be an important highlight in the schedule of economic events and trade promotion in Vietnam during the year directed by the Prime Minister. At the same time, it is a policy tool to "Renew the old growth engine", actively contributing to promoting growth and socio-economic development.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is divided into 5 main zones, chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Committee, and Vingroup, including: Zone 1 "Industry, trade, services - Prosperous autumn" displays industrial, trade, and service products for economic groups and enterprises. Zone 2 "Quintessence of Vietnamese culture" organizes promotional and commercial activities for typical products of 12 cultural industries. Zone 3: "Quintessence of Hanoi autumn" introduces typical industrial and commercial products. Zone 4: "Vietnamese autumn - The color of water and the scent of autumn" promotes products with collective brands, certification brands, and local geographical indications. Zone 5: "Family autumn" promotes branded products in retail systems and shopping centers.
