It is expected that in the first quarter of 2025, the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook - Development Planning to 2030" compiled in two languages, English and Vietnamese, will be officially released.

Information about the real estate market in general and industrial real estate in particular has many diverse sources and channels to help look up and find information easily.

However, domestic investors, especially international investors, still face difficulties due to lack of resources and channels to access and update the latest and most complete information according to the planning of each locality nationwide.

To facilitate the search for information on industrial real estate in Vietnam, the Vietnam Real Estate Development Center under the Vietnam Real Estate Association publishes the second edition of "Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook - Development Planning to 2030".

The book is compiled in two languages, English and Vietnamese, and is expected to be released in the early second quarter of 2025.

A detailed list of economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, logistics centers, airports, train stations, and seaports in Vietnam will be included in the "Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook - Development planning to 2030".

This will be a useful, complete and accurate search and lookup tool for domestic and international businesses and investors interested in and looking for industrial real estate.

The yearbook will synthesize and provide detailed statistics on economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, logistics centers, seaports, airports, train stations, etc. nationwide, updated according to the latest planning.

According to statistics, Vietnam has 19 coastal economic zones and 25 border economic zones. Industrial zones planned for development by 2030 have 445 operating industrial zones, 83 industrial zones planned for expansion and development, 21 industrial zones with adjusted planning, 221 newly planned industrial zones, and 297 industrial zones expected to be established when meeting the conditions prescribed by law.

The industrial clusters planned for development by 2030 include 492 operating industrial clusters, 330 industrial clusters planned for expansion and development, 94 industrial clusters with adjusted planning, 933 newly planned industrial clusters, and 212 industrial clusters expected to be established when meeting the conditions prescribed by law.

In addition, Logistics in Vietnam has 22 airports in Vietnam, 252 train stations in Vietnam, 296 ports and seaports in Vietnam.

A detailed list of economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, logistics centers, airports, train stations, and seaports in Vietnam will be included in the “Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook – Development Planning to 2030”.
