Department of Industry and Trade of Lang Son province: Urgently supply goods and essential necessities to people in disaster-stricken and isolated areas

On October 8, 2025, implementing the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Lang Son province, the Department of Industry and Trade urgently advised the Provincial People's Committee to direct and deploy solutions to respond to storm No. 11 before, during and after the landfall; The Department of Industry and Trade presided over and coordinated with relevant agencies and units to urgently deploy the supply of goods and essential necessities to support people in areas affected and isolated by natural disasters.

Accordingly, the working group of the Department of Industry and Trade led by Mr. Bui Quoc Khanh, Director of the Department, directed and mobilized the distribution and supply points of goods in the province, mobilized vehicles to deliver 2,300 gifts (worth over 450 million VND) including drinking water, instant noodles, milk and dry food to people in the communes of Thien Tan, Yen Binh, Van Nham, Tuan Son, Huu Lung and Bac Son . All goods were transported to the gathering points, ensuring safety and timeliness.
