Through classical music and modern theatrical language, the program revives the glorious and proud historical journey of the Capital and the country, starting from the historic August Revolution, opening the era of independence and freedom to the era of national development today.

That journey has affirmed the steadfast belief in the path that the Party, Uncle Ho and the people have chosen, believing in a cultured, civilized and modern Hanoi, a heroic capital in the past, shining in the future, the origin of national strength.
The highlight of the program is that for the first time in 65 years, the most massive choral suite in the history of Vietnamese music - "Our Fatherland" was performed in full and complete on stage, right at the foot of the Hanoi Flag Tower - the sacred symbol of the country. "Our Fatherland" was born in 1960, consisting of 3 chapters: "Praise the Fatherland" written by musician Ho Bac, "Reminiscence" performed by musician Hoang Van and "The heroic and indomitable South" composed by musician Pham Tuyen.

Also in the program “Hanoi Belief”, for the first time the work “Epic of the Country” - a new era epic, expressing the belief, will and aspiration for Vietnam to shine forever, composed by musician Ho Trong Tuan from the evocative lyrics of poet Phuc Bach, resounded with emotion.

In addition, the audience also enjoyed special art performances praising the Fatherland, praising the Party, Uncle Ho and Hanoi: "Hanoi, faith and hope" (Phan Nhan), "Destroy fascism" (Nguyen Dinh Thi), "The returnee brings joy" (Trong Bang), "Each step makes me love the Fatherland more" (Tan Huyen), "My love for the sea" (Nguyen Duc Toan), "Our Fatherland has never been so beautiful" (Nguyen Van Thuong), "Hanoi in autumn" (Vu Thanh), "Hoan Kiem" (poem by Nguyen Vinh Tien, music by Giang Son), "Blue sky of Hanoi" (Van Ky), "The vast new road" (Ho Trong Tuan)...

The program also brought meaningful reports: "The historic decision of the Hanoi Party Committee" on the decision to launch a general uprising to seize power in Hanoi on August 19, 1945, demonstrating the capacity and mettle of the Hanoi Party Committee; "Hanoi rising in the new era" demonstrating the will, aspiration, spirit of solidarity and determination of the Party Committee, government and people of the capital to rise with the country in the new era.

The program has the participation of People's Artist Mai Hoa, Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi; singers Dao To Loan, Pham Tuan, Dang Ngoc Anh... Choir, Sao Tuoi Tho Club and Hanoi Radio Symphony Orchestra.

“Hanoi Belief” is a political essay in music, depicting the wise and steadfast leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam , demonstrating the stature of the Capital Party Committee – bravery, decisiveness, creativity and pioneering in every revolutionary period; arousing the strength of national solidarity, fostering belief, ideals and aspirations for prosperous and happy development.
