Department of Natural Resources and Environment requests Gem Sky World project owner to dialogue with customers

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (TN-MT) of Dong Nai province, recently, this unit has received many citizens who are involved in purchasing land products of the residential area project according to the 92.2ha planning in Long Duc commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province.

The project has the commercial name Gem Sky World. Many people have expressed their frustration regarding this project.

To completely resolve the issue related to the above project, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province requested the legal representative and General Director of Ha An Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company to preside over and coordinate with Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Joint Stock Company and a bank to organize a direct dialogue and handle the legitimate requests of the people.

"No staff were assigned to work and only opinions were recorded without any handling direction like the company's previous working sessions," Dong Nai Province Department of Natural Resources and Environment emphasized.

After organizing a reception and dialogue with the people, Ha An Real Estate Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company reported the results to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to synthesize and report to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province.
