Creating a breakthrough, bringing Khanh Hoa education into the group of 15 leading provinces and cities nationwide

Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has just issued a Resolution on the Strategy for sustainable development of education and training in the province until 2035, with a vision to 2045. This is a step to concretize the Central resolutions on breakthroughs in education and training development; fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training; and building and developing the province.

The Resolution identifies education and training as the top national policy; developing education and training is the cause of the Party, the State and the entire people. The Resolution sets out specific goals for each stage, for each educational sector including: preschool, general education, continuing education, vocational education, and university. By 2030, Khanh Hoa's education strives to make a breakthrough, to be among the leading provinces and cities in the region and in the top 15 nationwide; by 2045, Khanh Hoa will become a center for training high-quality human resources in renewable energy, digital transformation, and healthcare, meeting the needs of the province, the region and the whole country.

To achieve the above goals, the proposed tasks and solutions include: Raising awareness, renewing thinking and actions, determining strong political determination to make breakthroughs in education and training development; strongly innovating institutions, creating unique and outstanding mechanisms and policies for education and training development; enhancing comprehensive education in ethics, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics, forming a system of values ​​for Vietnamese people in the new era. In addition, focusing on comprehensive digital transformation, popularizing and strongly applying digital technology and artificial intelligence in education and training; focusing on building a team of teachers and standard school facilities, improving the quality of preschool and general education; reforming and modernizing vocational education, creating breakthroughs in developing highly skilled human resources; modernizing and improving university education, creating breakthroughs in developing highly qualified human resources and talents, leading research and innovation; promoting cooperation and deep international integration in education and training.

Party committees, Fatherland Front Committees and socio-political organizations in the province have the responsibility to organize the dissemination of the resolution to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and the people in appropriate forms; proactively develop programs and plans to implement the resolution according to the functions, tasks and practical situations of agencies, units and localities.
