At the ceremony, the Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group ( PetroVietnam ) donated 5 billion VND; European Plastics Joint Stock Company (EuP) donated 500 million VND to support Thai Nguyen province to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
The units expressed deep sympathy for the losses and damages that the people of Thai Nguyen had to suffer, and believed that with the close leadership of the Party Committee and government, the solidarity and efforts of the army and people of the whole province, life in the affected areas will soon stabilize again.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, sincerely thanks the hearts and timely companionship of organizations, businesses and individuals towards the people of Thai Nguyen in this difficult time.
He said: Faced with the damage caused by storm No. 11, the province is mobilizing resources to urgently overcome the consequences, clean up the environment, restore traffic, support production, and ensure people's lives, especially in deeply flooded and isolated areas.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee affirmed that all the donated funds will be used publicly by the province, targeting the right people in the damaged areas, ensuring the most effective and practical use.
He emphasized that each heart of sharing at this time is not only material but also a great source of spiritual encouragement, adding faith and determination for the people of Thai Nguyen to soon overcome difficulties and restore normal life.
Storm No. 11 and its aftermath have caused prolonged heavy rains, flooding, and serious landslides in many areas of the province. To date, some areas are still deeply flooded or at high risk of landslides, causing further damage. According to preliminary statistics, about 40 communes were severely affected, many roads were cut off, hundreds of houses were damaged, and the damage was estimated at over VND3,000 billion.
