On October 5, leaders of Trung Tam ward (Lao Cai province) inspected the Lien Hiep Ta Tiu spillway - the section passing through Phu Nham Secondary School, along with the drainage system at Sang Thai residential group, to proactively prepare a response plan for storm No. 11.
