TNG Holdings Vietnam is a multi-industry corporation with 27 years of establishment and development. Since 2018, to prepare for solid development orientations in the future, the Group has focused on developing corporate culture.

Thanks to the right strategy and methodical implementation, over the past 5 years, the group's level of corporate culture maturity has continuously improved. In 2022, TNG Holdings Vietnam's cultural maturity level reached 5/6 (level of absorption) according to Denison's assessment model.

TNGMei Traditional Festival is one of the 3 biggest cultural touchpoints of the year of the group, aiming at activities that help enhance the absorption of cultural values ​​as well as enhance communication and connection among employees. Besides, there are 2 cultural touchpoints: TNGenZ event for leaders and managers and TNG Share with community-oriented activities.

The values ​​of corporate culture are likened by TNG Holdings Vietnam to "genetic code" that permeates every thought and is expressed through the actions of each employee in their daily work.

Each year, TNGMei Traditional Festival will have a separate theme, such as 2021 is "25 Years Old - Endless Source"; 2022 is Interact (meaning increased interaction). With a proactive and flexible mindset, the Group continues to improve cultural values ​​​​with the goal of helping TNG people promote their internal strength to take the business further on the journey ahead.
