THACO AUTO LLC (Chu Lai Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park, Nui Thanh Commune), as a production pillar in THACO's integrated model, not only meets the needs of the domestic market but also participates deeply in the international market, contributing to bringing the Vietnamese automobile brand to the regional and world level.

In 2023, THACO AUTO was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister for "Having outstanding achievements in production and business, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland" (Decision No. 571/QD-TTg, dated May 24, 2023)

Development on the principle of "8 T"

2025 is a pivotal year for THACO AUTO, when the enterprise has just passed the stage of consolidating the foundation of the 5-year strategy (2023 - 2027), and has just moved into the acceleration period, realizing the set goals.

Currently, THACO AUTO owns a large-scale production complex in THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, including Kia factory, THACO Royal factory, Mazda factory, Luxury Car factory, Motorcycle factory, Bus factory, Truck & Specialized Truck factory.

This system has a total design capacity of hundreds of thousands of vehicles per year, meeting diverse needs from passenger cars, motorcycles, buses, light trucks, heavy trucks to specialized vehicles.

Products are consumed throughout the provinces and cities of Vietnam through a system of more than 450 authorized showrooms/service workshops, and are also exported to ASEAN, Japan, Korea, Latin America and some Middle Eastern countries.

In addition to production and business capacity, THACO AUTO also focuses on building a corporate culture with the "8 T" principle: Dedication - Honesty - Intelligence - Confidence - Respect - Trust - Dedication - Convenience. The working environment promotes industrial discipline, the spirit of learning, creativity and cooperation, encouraging each individual to improve skills, contribute innovative initiatives, and aim for sustainable development goals.

Based on the founder's efforts to overcome difficulties, confidence, intelligence, will and determination, together with a team of staff with a positive working attitude and a sense of contribution, a business philosophy has been formed, expressed through 5 main pillars: "value philosophy; different strategy; optimal management; suitable human resources and a convenient and cultural working environment".

THACO AUTO currently has 28 party members, operating at the THACO Party Committee, with 4,205 employees (more than 3,600 local employees) working at auto manufacturing/assembly factories/units in THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park.

The company's Board of Directors coordinates with the Trade Union Executive Board to ensure compliance with labor laws; respect and fully implement all agreements in the collective labor agreement; ensure the right of employees to freely participate in union activities and create conditions for unions to operate according to the Charter. Implementing social responsibility

Along with production and business activities, with the mission of "Bringing value to customers through products and services with a dedicated service spirit", THACO AUTO always focuses on implementing social responsibility through many practical and meaningful activities.

From 2022 to June 2025, THACO AUTO's total contribution to social work is 32 billion VND, of which 6 billion VND will be contributed in the first 6 months of 2025. Notably, in Da Nang city, where THACO AUTO has its main production activities, the enterprise has made many specific contributions to the community.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the unit accompanied the education sector of Quang Nam province (formerly) in the work of commending and rewarding excellent national students, with a total budget of 110 million VND.

In 2025, sponsor scholarships for high school students in Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province (now Nui Thanh commune, Da Nang) with a budget of 90 million VND; sponsor 50 million VND to support training for students of Nguyen Binh Khiem High School for the Gifted (Tam Ky) to participate in the national team selection exam to compete in regional and international Olympic competitions.

In the period of 2014 - 2024, the unit contributed with THACO to support the Military Command of Quang Nam province (formerly) and the Military Commands of districts and cities to build 37 gratitude houses with a total value of 2.8 billion VND. In the period of 2023 - 2025, the unit contributed with THACO to support the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in Quang Nam province (formerly) with a budget of 15 billion VND (building 250 houses).

In 2024, sponsored 80 million VND to build charity houses in Nui Thanh district (formerly). In 2025, contributed with THACO to support the Fund for the Poor of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam province (formerly) with a value of 500 million VND and 50 million VND in Tan Thanh ward, Tam Ky city (formerly). The unit also sponsored Lien Chieu District Hospital (formerly) with 350 million VND to purchase equipment; sponsored heart surgery for poor children in Quang Nam province (formerly) with a total value of 100 million VND.

THACO AUTO officers and employees, along with all THACO Chu Lai officers and employees, actively participated in the humanitarian blood donation movement in Quang Nam province (formerly) with a total of 10,500 blood units. In addition, THACO AUTO has made many contributions and sponsorships for events and activities in Quang Nam province and Da Nang city in the past.

With the set mission, THACO AUTO will always accompany and actively participate in practical activities, demonstrating the responsibility of the enterprise in accompanying and aiming towards community values.
