According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently, in the North there is a part of Cold air is moving south. This part is expected to strengthen in the coming days, significantly affecting the weather in the Northern and North Central regions.

It is forecasted that around tomorrow morning (October 19), cold air will affect the Northeast region. From October 20 to 22, cold air will strengthen and affect other places in the Northeast and North Central regions, and some places in the Northwest and North Central regions.

Due to the influence of cold air, in the Northeast region there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. Inland, the wind will change to the Northeast at level 2-3, and in coastal areas at level 3-4.

The lowest temperature during this period in the Northern Delta region is 19-21 degrees Celsius, in the midland region is 17-19 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous region is below 16 degrees Celsius.
