
In the first quarter, the Department of Transport focused on inspecting compliance with legal regulations on freight and passenger transport business; regularly monitoring and strictly handling passenger transport vehicles through journey monitoring devices; urging transport business units to continue installing cameras on road transport vehicles.
According to statistics, from December 15, 2023 to March 14, 2024, the Department of Transport revoked 986 badges and signs issued to commercial transport vehicles (KDVT). Of these, 128 badges and signs were for speeding violations, and 128 badges and signs were for cars operated by the KDVT unit whose KDVT license was revoked by the competent authority. The Department of Transport also revoked 12 car KDVT licenses of the unit according to regulations.
