Prime Minister 'orders' Vietnamese businessmen to be three together, three pioneers, two strong

On the afternoon of October 10, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the first high-level meeting of the "Vietnam Private Economic Panorama" in 2025 (ViPEL 2025) with the theme "Public - private cooperation to build a strong and prosperous nation".

Also attending were leaders of ministries, localities, international delegates, experts and more than 500 large, medium and small enterprises to discuss and reach a consensus on actions in new ways and new models to realize the best values ​​and goals that ViPEL has proposed and built the foundation.

This is a key event of the Vietnam Private Economic Panorama (ViPEL) model that began with committee-level meetings of key economic sectors, demonstrating the spirit of "Public - Private nation building" of the private enterprise sector with the Government and ministries, branches and localities to realize the spirit of "three together": the State and enterprises have the same goal of nation building, work together, and share responsibilities.

In his speech, emphasizing the joyful atmosphere of the 80th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh 's letter to the industrial and commercial community of the whole country, welcoming Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day on October 13, the Prime Minister attended this event with the spirit of "three together":

That is, sharing thoughts and visions; working together, enjoying together, winning together and developing together; sharing joy, happiness and pride. The Prime Minister is pleased that the private business community and the Private Economic Panorama Council "talk and do"; trust is strengthened and enhanced; and determination is determined to bring the country to sustainable development.

The Prime Minister stated that the Vietnamese private economic sector has been affirming its role as one of the important driving forces of the socialist-oriented market economy, demonstrated in many aspects.

That is, the private sector has made an important contribution to promoting economic growth, creating jobs, livelihoods, income, improving people's lives, ensuring social security; promoting international integration...

Therefore, the Prime Minister expressed, the more difficult goals and tasks we set, the more determined we will be, the greater our efforts, and the stronger our actions will be with the spirit of greater pressure and greater effort.

Expecting three pioneers, two strengths of ViPEL

Feeling especially happy to see the determination to develop at this event, the Prime Minister believes that the ViPEL mechanism will be successful; hoping that the business community and entrepreneurs will implement the "three pioneers".

First of all, enterprises are pioneers in contributing to the realization of the country's two 100-year strategic goals: by 2030, becoming a developing country with modern industry and high average income; by 2045, becoming a developed country with high income; linking the development goals of enterprises and entrepreneurs with the goals of the nation.

Second , be a pioneer in the patriotic emulation movement, demonstrated by each enterprise, each entrepreneur, each person having a "measurable" and quantifiable product each year, contributing to making the country strong and prosperous, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

Third , pioneer in implementing equality, fairness, social progress, social security, leaving no one behind.

"Two strengths" include: growing beyond oneself, surpassing one's own limits to develop faster and stronger; moving straight into science and technology, innovation and creativity.

From there, he hopes that the business community will be ready to effectively participate in global value chains with the spirit of diversifying markets, products, and supply chains to contribute to overcoming difficulties in the context of the current fierce political, international security, and strategic competition situation in the world.

With "three pioneers" and "two strong ones", the Prime Minister is optimistic and believes that the private business community will successfully carry out a consistent goal - the mission assigned by the Party, State and people.

The Prime Minister gave the conference 20 words: "Constructive State - Pioneering Entrepreneurs - Public and Private Partnership - Strong Country - Happy People".

At the Private Economic Panorama (ViPEL) program, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh performed the launching ceremony of the Vietnam Low-Level Economic Alliance (LAE) and witnessed the cooperation between the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and LAE on developing innovative industries.

At the same time, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also granted a document of approval to Sovico Group to study and propose metro line No. 4 (Dong Thanh - Tan Son Nhat - Ben Thanh - Hiep Phuoc).

Sovico will coordinate with international experts to conduct technical, technological and financial model research, preparing for the investment phase.
