Standing Provincial Party Committee works with the Central Propaganda Department's working delegation

On October 20, the Central Propaganda Department delegation led by comrade Le Hai Binh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, had a working session with our province on the results of organizing and implementing Party building work in politics , ideology and ethics over nearly 40 years of innovation in the locality; the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and a number of decisions and regulations of the central government.

Reporting to the working delegation, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department said that in the past time, the Provincial Party Committee has led, directed, thoroughly implemented the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; and central documents on Party building and the political system. In addition, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Committees at all levels in the province have also thoroughly implemented, thoroughly implemented, and well organized the implementation of all aspects of propaganda work; In particular, pay attention to implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in accordance with the actual conditions of localities and units, thereby contributing to preventing the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, promptly and effectively resolving issues of public concern.

At the working session, members of the delegation and leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches discussed many important issues related to the fields of ethnic affairs, religion, policy communication; and activities of news agencies and newspapers in the province.

Speaking at the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that, along with the cause of innovation, construction and development of the country, Ninh Thuan province has achieved many very important and historical achievements; especially after nearly 40 years of innovation, 31 years of re-establishment of the province (April 1, 1992 - April 1, 2023). Particularly in the period of 2021-2023, the average GRDP growth rate reached 9.28%/year, higher than the average growth rate of the whole country and the South Central Coast region; the economic scale increased 1.5 times compared to 2020, equal to 78.9% of the target by 2025. The fields of culture, society, health, and education have made much progress; national defense and security have been consolidated and enhanced, social order and safety have been maintained. The work of building the Party and the political system has been promoted; The work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity is focused on. The activities of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations are increasingly evident; the strength of great national unity is consolidated and strengthened.

In the coming time, the province will focus on synchronously implementing economic development solutions, improving the quality of education and health care, continuing to create new changes in culture, society, national defense and security. Continue to promote Party building, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, especially focusing on effectively leading the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system in conjunction with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Innovate the working methods of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations in the direction of promoting grassroots orientation, grasping the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people, creating social consensus, solidarity, joining hands and hearts to bring the province to a higher level of development.

Concluding the working session, the Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department highly appreciated the achievements of Ninh Thuan over the past 31 years of re-establishment and emphasized that these results reflect the great efforts of the Party Committee, government and local people. The Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department suggested that in the coming time, the province continue to pay attention to innovating propaganda methods, implementing the study of central resolutions and directives, building action programs close to the actual situation of the locality; effectively organizing and directing the work of building the Party and the political system; paying more attention to propaganda work, promoting the role of social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the press; building and replicating advanced examples, good models, and effective practices in all fields; create a strong spread of solidarity for the entire Party, people and army to excellently complete the local political tasks, contributing with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
